Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting materials.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, mail, and faxes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with expense reporting and general office administration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new stock as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
