Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy information retrieval.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and general office supply orders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all professional matters.
- Must be available to work full-time hours.
