Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update company data into various databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Manage and organize physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Screen incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping documentation.
- Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, faxing, and copying.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a data entry role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time hours.
