Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Manage the front desk, including mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Qualifications
