Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free.
- Manage and maintain digital filing systems and physical archives for quick retrieval.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry, including invoices and receipts.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately; manage email correspondence professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage the executive calendar.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Data Entry Clerk.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
