- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed, maintaining up-to-date digital records.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and corporate travel arrangements using calendars and booking software.
- Assist with inventory management, office supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support and data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
