Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed, ensuring all records are up-to-date in our CRM and databases.
- Manage and maintain digital and physical filing systems, organizing documents for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing internal communications.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone, directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
