Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for the organization.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and manage calendars.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications and reports.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional demeanor.
- Assist in the processing of invoices and expense reports.
- Ensure all administrative workflows adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Data Entry Clerk.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
