Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain confidential data in CRM and ERP systems
- Manage digital filing systems with strict attention to compliance protocols
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Screen communications and prioritize departmental correspondence
- Assist with onboarding new hires and training data procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative/data entry roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 10-key typing certification with 8,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and error prevention skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume environments
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
