Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and maintain critical data in CRM and ERP systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and employee records within SLAs
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for leadership review
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for 5+ executives
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure compliance with data retention policies
- Collaborate with accounting, HR, and sales teams on cross-functional projects
- Train new hires on data entry protocols and office software
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, or similar business software
- Associate degree or equivalent certification in office administration
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
