- Accurately input and maintain critical business data in CRM and ERP systems
- Process and reconcile financial transactions with precision
- Manage digital filing systems and document retention protocols
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for department heads
- Prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for vendor communications
- Support onboarding processes for new administrative staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative or data entry experience
- Proven proficiency in data entry (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and error detection abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in deadline-driven environments
- High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred
