Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Manage and maintain digital and physical filing systems for company records.
- Prepare and distribute internal correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reports and invoice processing.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a busy office.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
