Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed, utilizing Excel and company databases.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
- Prepare, edit, and format internal documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and manage meeting logistics.
- Assist with expense reporting, inventory tracking, and supply requisitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or data entry roles (1-2 years preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
