As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming emails, phone calls, and mail correspondence with professionalism and speed.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, client appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical.

Qualifications
