Job Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and team members. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and take accurate minutes.

Qualifications
