Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming emails, phone calls, and mail to ensure timely responses.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain executive calendars.
- Update and maintain digital and physical filing systems for accurate record-keeping.
- Perform data entry tasks and generate weekly reports using Excel.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory for the department.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
