Responsibilities
- Manage Executive Schedules: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication Hub: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, screening calls and directing messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, organize files, and ensure the reception area is welcoming and professional.
- Meeting Support: Take minutes during meetings and prepare agendas and briefing materials in advance.

Qualifications
