Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and arrange travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing phone calls and emails professionally.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clear communication.
- Office Administration: Maintain an organized workspace, manage office inventory, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Data Entry & Records: Accurately input and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and logistics for company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in an office support role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task effectively throughout the day.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
