Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with precision and professionalism.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure the easy retrieval of critical information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, directing calls and messages appropriately to the right team members.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, meetings, and team building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, expense reporting, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
