Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and route incoming calls and emails, responding to general inquiries promptly.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
