- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain financial records
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Prepare professional documents, presentations, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain confidential files with strict compliance protocols
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative support experience with data entry specialization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with exceptional accuracy in data handling
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and database management
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
