- Process invoices, reports, and confidential documents with precision
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure data integrity
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements
- Support office communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Perform quality checks on all entered data to maintain 99%+ accuracy
- Coordinate office inventory and supply management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
