- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation with precision
- Compose professional correspondence and maintain confidential records
- Oversee office inventory, supply procurement, and vendor communications
- Support onboarding processes and maintain HR documentation
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track progress through completion
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in administrative or data entry role with proven accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with 99.5% data entry accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Professional communication style with polished written and verbal abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and database management
