Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and routing inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate appointments/meetings using digital calendar systems
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks like data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Maintain professional reception area appearance and functionality
- Support HR functions onboarding new hires and managing visitor access
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years receptionist or administrative support experience
