Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors with exceptional professionalism
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for confidential documents
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages accurately
- Assist with onboarding new hires and orientation materials
- Support administrative tasks like data entry and report preparation
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly, etc.)
