Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call routing and message accuracy
- Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and coordinate meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with meticulous tracking
- Maintain digital filing systems and manage office supply inventory
- Support HR functions onboarding new hires with documentation preparation
- Coordinate executive calendars and arrange complex travel itineraries
- Assist with vendor relations and invoice processing for departmental needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Associates degree in Business Administration preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms advantageous
