Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call handling and routing
- Greet and assist visitors with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate mail distribution and manage office supplies inventory
- Maintain organized reception area and common spaces
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling and document management
- Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries and vendor communications
- Assist with office event coordination and meeting room logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work full-time Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
