Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordinate complex departmental meetings
- Prepare, edit, and distribute official documents, reports, and correspondence
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, in-person) with exceptional professionalism
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with financial precision
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment, and event arrangements
- Act as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
