Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar systems for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain digital filing systems
- Assist with onboarding coordination and new employee orientation
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments with composure
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- Experience with scheduling platforms (Calendly, Outlook) and CRM systems
