Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering calls, and routing communications
- Perform accurate data entry for client information, scheduling, and correspondence
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and equipment logistics
- Maintain digital filing systems and document management protocols
- Support office administrative tasks including supply ordering and mail processing
- Collaborate with department heads to support project coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficient in data entry with 45+ WPM typing speed
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus
