- Accurately input and manage critical data in CRM and ERP systems
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation
- Coordinate calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute confidential correspondence and reports
- Manage office inventory and vendor relationships
- Support cross-departmental projects with administrative expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience with data entry focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven accuracy in data management (10,000+ keystrokes/hour preferred)
