Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain critical business data in CRM and ERP systems
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure document accessibility for all departments
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee documentation
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols
- Support month-end reporting and invoice processing tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience with data entry focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven accuracy rate of 99%+ in data entry tasks
- Strong typing skills (60+ WPM) and 10-key expertise
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
