Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, and generate reports.
- Assist with office operations, including inventory management and vendor coordination.
- Organize company events and support various departmental initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule.
