Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Communication: Answer incoming inquiries via phone and email, screen visitors, and route correspondence to appropriate staff members.
- Documentation: Prepare, edit, and distribute internal memos, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Financial Administration: Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with accounts payable/receivable tasks.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and corporate functions.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems (digital and physical), and perform general clerical duties.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and provide high-quality administrative support.
