Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries professionally.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure data retrieval is efficient.
- Assist in event planning and office management to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in administrative or executive support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
