- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meeting logistics
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Oversee office inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports with precision and timeliness
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict attention to data security protocols
- Support special projects and event coordination as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative support experience
