- Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordinate meetings for executive team
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professionalism
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Support HR functions onboarding and documentation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years administrative support experience required
