Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and documentation for board meetings.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships to ensure office operations run smoothly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
