Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex logistics for executives
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and reports
- Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate vendor relationships
- Support event planning and meeting coordination including logistics and materials
- Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital) with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire orientation coordination
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business administration
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in professional settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
