Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Oversee office inventory, procurement, and vendor management for supplies/services
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and inquiries
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences including logistics and materials preparation
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy across platforms
- Support budget tracking and expense report processing for department heads
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with professional demeanor
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
