Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office operations including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications via phone, email, and video conferencing
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems ensuring data security and compliance
- Assist in onboarding processes and new employee orientation coordination
- Support departmental projects with research, data compilation, and presentation preparation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive administrative experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
