Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and route appropriately
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents and reports
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientations
- Support departmental projects with data entry and document management
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
