Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support team meetings through agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Process expense reports and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Onboard new hires and coordinate orientation materials
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 3+ years administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, multi-line phones)
