Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence with a high degree of professionalism.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to El Paso, TX.
- Experience with scheduling software is a plus.
