Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and socio-cultural shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop quantitative scenario models using AI-driven forecasting tools for strategic planning
- Lead quarterly foresight workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready roadmaps
- Author annual '2026 Horizon Report' distributed to 10,000+ industry leaders
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, metaverse)
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and domain specialists
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or sustainability transitions
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience advising C-suite on multi-decade strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-strategy initiatives
