Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and remind stakeholders of upcoming deadlines.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering phones, managing emails, and routing inquiries appropriately.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of documents including reports, presentations, and memos using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, oversee mail services, and manage reception duties to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events, team meetings, and client gatherings.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant administrative certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
