- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing visitors and deliveries.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and fully stocked with supplies.

Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front office role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
