Responsibilities
- Manage Front Office Operations: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take accurate messages and relay information promptly.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Scheduling Support: Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating room bookings.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle data entry, maintain office supplies inventory, and perform general clerical duties.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries from employees and visitors in a polite and helpful manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
