Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the executive calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email and phone inquiries, with a professional demeanor.
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-stocked workspace.
- Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, copying, and faxing documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or business certificate is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Must be able to work part-time hours as scheduled.
