Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during weekend shifts, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Greet all visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and transferring calls as needed.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining filing systems.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and attention to detail.
